 Parties Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees
 to and
 Dispute Norfolk & Western Railway Company
 Statement Claim on behalf of Robert E. Mullet for expenses occurred
 of during the month of February, 1979 while assigned temporary
 Claim service operating Shove No. 11323.
 Findings The Board, after hearing upon the whole record and all
 evidence, finds that the parties herein are Carrier
 and Employee within the meaning of the Railway Labor
 Act, as amended, that this Board is duly constituted
 by Agreement dated March 1, 1976, that it has jurisdiction
 of the parties and the subject matter, and that the
 parties were given due notice of the hearing held.
 This is a similar claim to those claims in Award No.
 51, the findings of which are by reference incorporated
 herein. This claim, as there, is disposed of accordingly
 and will be dismissed.

 Award Claim dismissed.
