STATEMENT 1. Claimant D. D. Slaughter's dismissal was tin

CLAIM: just and arbitrary.
 2. Carrier shall.reinstate claimant with all
 rights unimpaired and payment for all time lost.
 FINDINGS: For the reasons mentioned in our Award No. 14, which
 concerns the same situation, contentions, rules and
 evidence as are now before us, claimant will be rein
 stated immediately but without back pay. He will be
 afforded the same seniority status protection as was
 awarded in Award 14.
 AWARD: Claim sustained to the extent indicated in Findings,
