gauging and replacing ties on Tracks 46, 40, 32,
  
12 East Bound Class Yard, Oak Island, Newark, New
  
Jersey.
  
2. As a result of such viol.ation Claimant Hector
  
Aulet be compensated one day's pay at the Track- .
  
man's rate.
FINDINGS: For the reasons advanced in Awards 24 and 26,
  
the present case will be denied.
