STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
Claim on behalf of former Crossing Watchman F. H. Kuduk,
Minneapolis, Minnesota, for reinstatement to service and
pay for all time lost as a result of his dismissal for
violation of Rule G (BMWE.file T-M-204C, Carrier's file
MW-20 12/13/77).
OPINION OF BOARD:
The Record shows that the above claim, docketed for hearing by this
Board, was settled by the parties.
FINDINGS:
Public Law Board No. 2206, upon the whole record and all of the evidence,
finds and holds as follows:
1. that the Carrier and Employee involved in this dispute are,
respectively, Carrier and Employee within the meaning of the Railway Labor
Act;
2. that the Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein;
and
3. that the Claim was settled.
