STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
Claim on behalf of B&B Employees E. S. Lattin, E. 0. Shanks and
M. W. Pepos on B&B Crew 534-003 at Great Falls, Montana, for 8
hours at double-time rate from 12 Midnight to 8 AM end 8 hours
at time and one-half during regular assigned hours on April 6, 1977
(BMGTE file B-M-106C, Carrier's file ZIW-60 5/18/77).
OPINION OF BOARD:
The Record shows that the above claim, docketed for hearing by this
Board, was settled by the parties.
FINDINGS:
Public Law-Board No. 2206, upon the whole record and all of the evidence,
finds and holds as follows:
1. That the Carrier and Employees involved in this dispute are,
respectively, Carrier and Employees within the meaning of the Railway Labor
Act;
2. that the Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein;
and
3. that the Claim was settled.
