STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
Claim on behalf of Group 3 Machine Operator R. E. Gardner,
Centralia, Washington, for earnings of J. C. Parker starting
July 7, 1977, and continuing while performing service on ballast
regulator on Seniority District 9124 (BMWE file S-P-152C,
Carrier's file rIW-84(i) 9/8/77).
OPINION OF BOARD:
The Record shows that the above claim, docketed for hearing by this
Board, was settled by the parties.
FINDINGS:
Public Law Board No. 2206, upon the whole record and all of the evidence,
finds and holds as follows:
1. that the Carrier and Employee involved in this dispute are,
respectively, Carrier and Employee within the meaning of the Railway Labor
Act;
2. that the Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein;
and
3. that the Claim was settled.
