STATEMENT OF CLAIM: ,
Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that:
(1) The fifteen (15) day suspension of Sectionman S.
T. Joyce from the service of Burlington Northern
was without just and sufficient cause. (System
file 22-3)
(2) That Sectionman S. T. Joy.cok- be
paid for all time
lost and that the suspension be removed from his
personal record.
OPINION OF BOARD
The Record shows that the above claim, docketed for
hearing by this Board, was settled by the parties.
FINDINGS:
Public Law Board No. 2206, upon the whole record and all
of the evidence, finds and holds as follows:
1. That the Carrier and Employees involved in this
dispute are, respectively, Carrier and Employees within the
meaning of the Railway Labor Act;
2. that the Board has jurisdiction over the dispute
involved herein; and
3. that the Claim was settled.
