STATEMENT OF CLAIM:

      Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that:


      (1) The Carrier violated the Schedule Agreement when

      it permitted outside forces to install a low-pressure

      steam heating system in West Building at Portland,

      Oregon. (System File P-P-272C).


          (2) That Claimants, Portland Water Service employes H. H. King, S. C. Glenzer, G. E. Meusec, D. W. Woodward, and Dale Brown be allowed equal proportionate shares of ail hours consumed by contract forces performing this work.


OPINION OF BOARD:

    The Record shows that the above claim, docketed for


nearing by this Board, was settled by the parties.

.FINDINGS:

Public Law Board No. 2206, upon the whole record and all of the evidence, finds and holds as follows:
1. That the Carrier and Employees involved in this dispute are, respectively, Carrier and Employees within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act;
2. that the Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and

    3. that the Claim was settled.


                        AWARD


                    Claim dismissed.
