Claim on behalf of former Section Formeman K. L. Brooks
and Sectionmen F. E. Daum and F. J. Daum for pay for all
time lost, return to service with all rights unimpaired
and their records cleared (BMWE file P-P-350C, Carrier's
file MW-20 10/3/77).
OPINION OF BOARD:
The Record shows that the above claim, docketed for hearing by this
Board, was settled by the parties.
FINDI14GS:
Public Law Board No. 2206, upon the whole record and all of the evidence,
finds and holds as follows:
1. that the Carrier and Employees involved in this dispute are,
respectively, Carrier and Employees within the meaning of the Railway Labor
Act;
2. that the Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein;
and
3. that the Claim was settled.
