 STATEMENT Claimant E. D. Coleman shall be reinstated with
 OF
 CLAIM: seniority and all other rights unimpaired~and
 compensated for all wage loss suffered.
 FINDINGS: Claimant was found guilty of robbery, second
 degree, in the Circuit Court, Lowndes County,
 Alabama on August 23, 1983. He was subsequently
 dismissed by Carrier from its service as the re
 sult of that conviction.
 Claimant had about 3 1/2 years service with the
 railroad and was accorded a hearing in this matter by Carrier that
 was fair and impartia-1. No prejudicial. procedural error is estab
 lished by the record.
 We find no: sound basis for setting aside claim
 ant's dismissal.

 AWARD: Claim denied.
