NORFOLK AND WESTERN RAILWAY CO.


STATEMENT OF CLAIM:

 1. The carrier violated the provisions of our effective working agreement dated February 1, 1951 and the Memorandum of Understanding made on July 10, 1968, (retroactive to October 15, 1967) when it failed and refused to allow Mrs. Alice Ehrhardt actual necessary expenses, also furnish forks, cups and dishes, on August 26, 1968.

 2. Mrs. Alice Ehrhardt be reimbursed for her August 1968 expenses as presented for a total of $4.28.

 OPINION OF BOARD:

      The decision in this case is governed by our Award No. 8


AWARD:

      Claim sustained.


ORDER:

 Carrier shall comply with this award within 60 days from the date thereof.
