STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
Claim of the System Committee, that;
1. The Carrier violated the effective Agreement on July 159 169 17,
18 and 19' 1968, when it assigned eight employes from carpenter gang 03
at Brewster, Ohio to the work of mowing weeds and cleaning right of way
in Brewster Yard.
2. Claimant Trackman Otto Diotale, John Tunarij Edward Romig, Harry
Kepler, Peter Kovatch, Nick Vezmar9 Jose Lopez and A. W. Simons now be
made whole for eight hours each date of claim at straight time rate at their
respective rates of pay.
3. Foreman J. N. Russell also be made whole for eight hours straight
time rate for Fridays July 199 1968 at his respective rate of pay.
OPINION OF BOARD:
During the course of the hearings, the parties requested that the
subject claim be withdrawn from the Board's agenda due to a settlement having
been reached.
AWARD:
Claim dismissed.
