STATEMENT OF CLAIM:

 1. The Carrier violated the effective Agreement and especially Rule
 28(a) and (b) of tile Memorandum of Agreement of July 10, 1968 by failing
 to reimburse Extra Gang Foreman E. Cole, Extra Gang No. 603 for meals expense:
 for the month of November, 1968.

 2. Claimant Cole shall now be reimbursed in the amount of $7.05.16 for the expenses incurred by him for meals during the month of November, 1968.

 OPINION OF BOARD: -

      The decision in this case is governed by our Award No. 19.
