NORFOLK AND WESTERN RAILWAY CO.


STATEMENT OF CLAIM:

 1. The Carrier violated the provisions of the effective Agreement dated February 1, 1951, and the Memorandum of Understanding made on July 10, 19689 retroactive to October 15, 1967, when it failed to allow Mrs. Wanda.
                                                              ,

Carpenter actual necessary expenses and also failed to furnish the camp car with proper toilet facilities and electricity.

 · 2. The Carrier shall now reimburse Claimant Cook Wanda Carpenter in
 the amount of $61.05 for her July 1968 expenses incurred as claimed.

 OPINION OF BOARD:
 In view of the particular circumstances involved in this dispute, the expenses claimed will be allowed. It should be understood, however, that this award does not establish a precedent for other cases having a different set of circumstances.

ORDER:

 Carrier shall comply with this award within 60 days from the date thereof.
