STATEME'NT OF CLAIM:

 1. The Carrier violated the provisions of the effective working Agreement dated February 1, 1951, and the Memorandum of Understanding made on July 10, 1968, retroactive to October 15, 1967, when it failed and refused to allow Mrs. Alice Ehrhardt actual necessary expenses, incurred by her on July 22, 23, 24, 25, 29, 30 and 31, 1968. Also, failed to furnish camp cars with proper toilet facilities, shower and water.

 OPINION OF BOARD:

      The decision in this case is governed by our Award No. 8


AWARD:
      Claim sustained.


ORDER: ,

 Carrier shall comply with this award within 60 days from the date thereof.
