The Ql41MIMt sustained the injury when he threw a switch into ravarse position and his pin;er scrucs a shut box which was located close to the switch :1111310.

The evidence further is clearly insufficient cc establish chat the claimant was accident prone. Also the evidence does not establish the claimant persists in unsafe practices.
