 STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Appeal of I & R Foreman Robert Harbison
 to have a reprimand removed from his record.
 FINDINGS: On January 17, 1985, the Claimant was operating one
 of the Carrier's trucks, and was involved in a collision with
 a private automobile. Subsequent to an investigation concerning
 this incident, the Carrier determined that the Claimant had not
 properly complied with its rules and assessed the above-noted
 discipline.
 The Board has thoroughly reviewed the record before it and while we are not unmindful and understand the organization's vigorous arguments, we conclude that the claim must fail. Under all the circumstances, the conclusion drawn by the Carrier was reasonable and not an excessive use of its discretion.

      The claim is denied.
