 STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Appeal of B & B Mechanic T. P. Kilgallon to have his discipline of fifteen (15)days suspension removed from his record.

 FINDINGS: In this dispute, the Claimant was found guilty of
 violating the Carrier's safety rules when he was injured on
 December 28, 1983.
 After a careful review of the transcript of the investigation held on February 1, 1984 and related documents, the Board finds that the Carrier had substantive grounds for its finding of guilt to the charges. The discipline imposed cannot be said to be excessive under the circumstances of the evidence before us.
