 STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Appeal of B & B Mechanic T. P. Kilgallon _
 to have his discipline of dismissal removed from his record and
 to be restored to the service.

 FINDINGS: On the basis of leniency, the Carrer, on January 6,
 1986, reduced the discipline of dismissal to a suspension equal
 to the time the Claimant had been out of service. The Claimant
 and the Organization later agreed to the reduction of the discipline.
 Therefore, the question at issue before the Board has been resolved.
