STATEMENT OF CLAIM:

Appeal of Trackman, Dana H. Milliron, to have his discipline of dismissal removed from his record.

FINDINGS: The evidence shows that the Claimant was asked three times
to take a drug test. Because of his refusal to take the test, he was
separated from the service. We find no basis to disturb the Carrier's
decision in this matter and the claim must be denied.
