Appeal of Trackman David W. Biddulph to have his discipline of dismissal set aside and be returned to the service with all back pay and benefits restored. -

FINDINGS: The Board, after careful review of the record before us,
finds sufficient evidence that the Claimant was guilty of the charges.
Accordingly, we must deny the claim.

AWARD

The claim is denied.
