STATEMENT Claim by Richard Daily for reinstatement and -
CLTI-M: back pay.
FINDINGS: Claimant, a B&B Mechanic with about four years
service, was dismissed for failing to comply with
Rule G's prohibition against the use of alcoholic
beverages while subject to duty. There is sub
stantial credible evidence in the record, including
direct testimony by eye witnesses, that supports
Carrier's findings in this matter. The record
discloses no prejudicial procedural error on Car
rier's part.
AWARD: Claim denied.
