Claim by B&B carpenter Barry Miller for reinstatement and pay for all time lost.

Claimant was dismissed for failing to cover his assignment on October 13, 21, 26'and 28 and November 5, 1981. Claimant had previously been warned as to absenteeism. Claimant will be given another opportunity, after

a long suspension without pay, to show that he can be relied on for steady service. It is an important part of his obligation as an employe to be available to protect his assignments.

AWARD;

Claimant reinstated but without back pay. To be effective within 30 days.
