STATEMENT
 OF CLAIM: Claim on behalf of Trackman S. L. Darden, Red River
 Division, for reinstatement and pay for all time lost
 beginning February 20, 1985, alleging he was improp
 erly dismissed from service for failure to comply
 with instructions to report for duty January 14 and
 15, 1984.

 FINDINGS: Evidence-adduced at the hearing supports the charge.
 Considering Claimant's length of service and prior
 record of discipline, the claim is not sustainable.

 AWARD: Claim denied.
