STATEMENT
 OF CLAIM: "Claim on behalf of Trackman B. R. Randle, Red River
 Division, for reinstatement and pay for all time lost
 beginning March 27, 1984, alleging he was improperly
 dismissed from service for being absent without
 authority from September 6, 1983, to January 27,
 1984." .

 FINDINGS: Testimony was adduced at the investigation to support
 the charge. Considering Claimant's length of ser
 vice, prior discipline and failure to provide any medical justi
 fication for his claimed illness, there is no basis for sustaining
 this claim.

 AWARD: Claim denied.
