STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the System Committee of the
Brotherhood that:
(1) The Carrier violated the Agreement when it
required Relief Foreman A. Watts to assume the
work load of two vacationing foremen (Track
Gang #1 and Section 107) on June 7, 8, 9, 10,
11. 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18, 1965.
(2) The Carrier now pay A. Watts ten (10) days' pay
at the rate of the foreman's position at Section 107,
Eugene, Oregon."
FINDINGS-
The Board, upon the whole record and all the evidence,
finds that:
The rules relied upon, when applied to the facts of record,
do not support an affirmative award.
