STATEMENT OF CLAIM- "Claim of the System Committee of the
Brotherhood that:
(1) The Carrier violated the Agreement when it
failed to properly compensate John Sullivan,
employed in Section 21, Vancouver, for work
performed on July 4, 1965, which was his rest
day and his birthday.
(2) Claimant John Sullivan now be allowed five
and one-half

hours' pay at his time and
one-half rate in addition to payment already
allowed for the date referred to in Part (1)
of this claim."
