Spokane, Portland and Seattle Railway Company (System Lines)
STATEMENT OF CLAIM- "Claim of the System Committee of the
Brotherhood that-
(1) The Carrier violated the Agreement beginning
July 13, 1965 when it required Track Laborer
E. Meeuwsen to suspend work from 8:00 A.M. to
9:00 A.M.
(2) Claimant Meeuwsen be allowed one hour's time
and one-half pay for each assigned work day
within the period beginning July 14, 1965 and
ending with the date of termination of this
violation."
FINDINGS.
The Board, upon the whole record and all the evidence,
finds that:
The rules relied upon, when applied to the facts of
record, do not support an affirmative award. Rule 30(b) is
controlling.
AWARD. Claim denied.
