 STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Carriers decision to remove Kansas City Division Trackman J. H. Goff from service, effective May 12, 1989, was unjust.

 Accordingly, Carrier should be required to reinstate Claimant Goff to service with his seniority rights unimpaired and compensate him for all wages lost from May 12, 1989.

 FINDINGS: The parties have resolved the above dispute and have requested that the case be withdrawn from the Board. The request is granted.

 AWARD: Claim withdrawn.
