 STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
 Appeal of the discipline of a reprimand and a 3 day suspension Imposed on Steven Sprague on October 28, 1999. FINDINGS: The facts and circumstances of this case are essentially the same as those contained in Award No. 38. The claimant in this case also has 8 years of discipline free service. Therefore, for the same reasons set forth in Award No. 38, the discipline in this case shall be reduced to a Reprimand and the claimant will be paid for any lost time due to the suspension.
