STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that:

Claim on behalf of Carpenter/Plumbers Dave Dietterich and Gary Hill due to employees from another craft doing Engineering Dept. B & B sub department work. Mr. Dietterich and Mr. Hill must be paid a total of 151 hours at the overtime rate for Carpenter/Plumber to cover the period of time from June 1 to June 23, 2000, and is considered a continuing claim.

FINDINGS:

During the hearing, the parties reached a resolution of Case No. 4, which was

therefore withdrawn.
