 STATEMENT OF CLAIM:

In connection with the objections raised at the hearing, the reasons stated in this appeal and furthermore violations of the Agreement, this is an appeal of discipline assessed (thirty [30] day actual suspension) to employee Mr. T.D Atkins, it is respectfully submitted that the charge letter and all matters relative thereto be removed from Mr. Atkins personal file, and he be made whole for all losses suffered as a result of Carrier's action.


OPINION OF BOARD:
Subsequent to the hearing in this matter, the Board advised that the case had been withdrawn

 from the jurisdiction of the Board.

 AWARD
Claim dismissed upon withdrawal of the claim from the jurisdiction of the Board.
