STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
1. The Agreement was violated when, on May 2016, the Carrier junior employe B. Spivey to perform overtime scrvice(material truck operation and distribu tion of material) on the Florence Service Lane on the Florence Savannah Seniority District (System File B17907616/2016-208015 CSX).

FINDINGS:
The Board, upon consideration of the entire record and all of the evidence, finds that the parties are Carrier and Employee within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as amended, that this Board is duly constituted by Agreement dated March 20, 2008, Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein, and that the parties were given due notice of the hearing held.
On the date of claim, the Organization asserts the Carrier assigned overtime work hauling and distributing material using a material truck to employe B. It argues that this work should have been offered to Claimant because it was work he ordinarily performed on his assignment
