STATEMENT OF CLAIM:

It is my desire to appeal the discipline assessed to me and to obtain a decision as quickly as possible. Therefore, I hereby elect to have said discipline submitted to Public Law Board No. 7529. Carrier File 2017-216423

FINDINGS;

This Board has reviewed the record in this case, and we find that on December 30, 2016, the Claimant resigned from the service of the Carrier for reasons other than retirement. Since the Claimant is no longer an employee of the Carrier, this case must be dismissed.

AWARD:

The claim is dismissed.
