PARTIES: BROTHERHOOD OF MAINTENANCE OF WAY EMPLOYES





STATEMENT The claim in dispute has been identified by the Organization
 OF CLAIM: as follows:

            "Claim of the System Committee that:


1. The Carrier violated the effective Agreement by failing to allow Holiday pay to laborers Harry Youso, John Mikkola, John Applegarth and Frank Mann for Thanksgiving Day, November 23, 1961.

 2. That laborers Harry Youso, John Mikkola, John Applegarth and Frank Mann be now allowed eight hours pay each at their respective pro rata rate account of this violation of the Agreement."

 FINDINGS: This claim is in all respects similar to that in Item 24 and
 our award thereon governs the disposition of it.

 AWARD: Claim sustained.
