STATEMENT OF CLAIM
:
1. Carrier violated the terms of the Agreement when on February 22, 1956, it
failed to assign R. A, Reynolds, Agent at Athens, Texas, to perform the work of his
position and required or permitted clerical employes not covered by the Agreement to
perform the Agent's work and duties.
2. Carrier shall now compensate R, A, Reynolds eight hours pay at the time
and one-half rate for February 22, 1956, for the work performed on his position on
that date by an employe not under the Agreement.
FINDINGS
: On the facts developed here it is impossible for the Board to determine
sufficient facts upon which an award could be based.
AWARD
: This case is referred back to the parties for further developments and fur
ther conference in an attempt to develop facts upon which an award or de
cision can be based.
