Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on the Missouri Pacific Railroad that;

        1. Carrier violated the agreement when on Saturday, March 26, 1955, it failed to call C. A. Mathis, who was available mud entitled to perform the work of the position at Bush, Illinois.


        2. Carrier shall be required to pay C. A. Mathis at the rate of time and one-half with a minimum of 2 hours for the work performed on Saturday, March 26, 1955.


Claim withdrawn by agreement of the parties, without prejudice to the position of either party hereto.

                          AWARD


        Claim dismissed.
