STATMUNT OF CLAIM.

Claim of Delivery Clerk P. D. Edwards for a day's pay for March 6, 1954, and subsequent dates account of being required to perform service in seniority district D1o. 32 (Now No. 33) at Monessen Freight Station. Also, claim. in behalf of seniority district No. 32 employees who were adversely affected by this violation of the Clerksq Agreement. (CL-237)

FINDINGS: The Board, upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds that:

The Carrier or Carriers and the employee or employees involved in this dispute are respectively Carrier and F7nployee within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934.

The Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein. The parties to said dispute were given due notice of hearing thereon.

The disposition of this case is governed by Award No, 6, Case No. 13, SBA No. 122.
