 STATEMENT OF CLAIM:

 Claim of Clerk H. A. DeVensio, Pittsburgh Depot Ticket Office, for the difference between the rate of Relief Job "Pa and Relief Job 9?J", May 10, 11, 17 and 1$, 1955. (CL-309)

 FINDINGS: The Board, upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds that:

 The Carrier or Carriers and the employee or employees involved in this dispute are respectively Carrier and Employee within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934.

 The Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein. The parties to said dispute were given due notice of hearing thereon.

 The record demonstrates that the duties delegated to claimant on the dates involved herein were within the range of performance depicted by the Job 15 advertisement. Said activities similarly were encompassed within the consist of the Relief Job P assignment worked by claimant.

 AJARD: Claim denied.
