STATEMENT
OF CLAIM: 1. Carrier violated the agreement between the parties
hereto when on September 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19, 1953,
inclusive, it caused, required and permitted train
service employees not covered by the Telegraphers'
Agreement to handle (receive,,copy and deliver) train
orders at Fenwick, West Virginia, which work was and
is solely reserved to employes covered by the
Telegraphers' Agreement.





FINDINGS: Except for the place at which the train orders were copied the facts in this case are similar to those in Dockets 1 and 19. The location is also on the Richwood Sub-division.

For the reasons given in our Findings in Dockets 1 and 19 we find no basis for the claims herein made.
