STATEMENT 1, Carrier violated the agreement between
OF CLAIM- the parties hereto when on June 119 19558
 
it caused, required and permitted Conductor
 
Jackson on Work Extra 419 to copy train
 
orders Nos. 250 and 251 over the telephone
 
at Chestnut Hill.
 
2. Carrier be required to compensate the
 
senior idle telegrapher(extra in preference)
 
for one day's pay (8 hours) on the above date.
FINDINGS. This claim, except for the date involved,
is founded upon facts identical to those involved in
Docket 81. For the reasons stated in our Findings in
that docket we find that this claim should be denied.
