OF CLAIM: Request of employes for an upward adjustment in the
rates of pay of RevisinG Clerk and Rate Clerk positions
and reclassification of certain of such positions in the Kansas City
Terminal Area, as proposed in letter dated February
15, 1955.
Because of certain special work requirements on the positions of
Revising Clerk and Rate Clerk in the Kansas City Terminal which '
are peculiar to that point and do not exist at other points on the Railroad,
the Board finds that the rates for such positions should be increased six
cents
(6¢)
per hour, or forty-eight cents (48¢) per day.
Because of those particular circumstances, this Award is not to
be used as a precedent 3n the processin3 of any other rata change requests.
Claim sustained to the extent that rates of pay of Revising Clark
and Rate Clerk positions 3n the Kansas City Terminal area shall be
increased six cents
(6¢~
per hour, or forty-eight cents (43¢) per day.
