STATMIENT OF CLAIM Request of employes for adjustment in rate of pay of
 Pecheck Clerks by the addition of twenty-four cents
 (?Ja.¢) per day to the present rate, as proposed in the formal notice of June
 13, 1956.

 FINDINGS : The basis of this claim is a comparison with position No. 100$,
 which was established to provide membership on a working com
 mittee summarizing and merging data from various interested carriers and
 making comparisons of such information to establish Us position of a number
 of carriers in connection with a proceeding before the I.C.C.

 The work performed by claimant simply consisted of the preparation of Missouri Pacific revenue data in connection with I.C.C. dockets; hence, there is no valid comparison and the claim is without merit.

 AWARD : Claim denied.
