"Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that:

,0(1) Carrier violated rules of the current Agreement with the Brotherhood of Railway Clerks when it requ:.red Mr. G. B. Proust to suspend work on his regular assignment to climb on engine at North Yard to obtain-waybills.

19(2) Mr. G. B. Proust shall now be compensated for an additional. day's pay at Train Clerk's rate for this violation and for each additional violation until this practice is corrected.'?

in Claim 101-C-23 resultin.- in our Award RTo. 19 and like award should
follow.
