STAT " NT OF CLAIM:

OClaim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that:

1t(1) Carrier violated rules of the current Agreement with the Brotherhood of Railway Clerks when it required Mr. J. J. Bowen, Jr., to suspend work on his regular assignment to climb on engine at North Yard to obtain waybills.

x'1(2) Mr. J. J. Bowen, Jr.. shall now be compensated for an additional day's pay at General Clerk?s rate for this violation and for each additional violation until this practice is corrected.4

FINDINGS: This claim involved like facts and identical issues with those involved
in Claim 101-C-23 resulting in our Award No. 19 and like award should
follow.

&IARD: Claim denied.
