STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood:

(1) That Carrier violated the Clerks' current Agreement when it failed to compensate Messrs. J. A. Loucks, John W . Tyler, B. F. Brown, W. T. Koen and Leslia McConnell, Florida Street Stations St. Louis, Missouri, at punitive rate of pay for work in excess of eight hours in a day.

(2) That the above named Claimants be paid the difference between pro rata rate of pay and punitive rate of pay of-the positions they worked, in excess of eight hours in a day, on March 16, 1954, Apes 4, 1954, April 19, 1954, April. 17, 1954 and March 27, 1954, respectively.



Claim denied.
