STATEMENT OF CLAD,: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood:

(1) That Carrier violated the current Clerks' Agreement May 7, 1954, when it failed to oboarve the principle of seniority in filling terapora:y vacancy on Foreman position, 10:CO A.M., to 7:00 P.M., at Florida Street Station, St. Louis, Missouri.

(2) That Mr. George Raney be paid the difference between the amount earned as Check Clerk and the daily rate of pay of Foreman for May 7, 1954.

FINDINGS: The principle involved in this case was disposed of in Award No. 10, in which a denial award was rendered.

AWARD: Claim denied.
