STATEMENT OF CLAIbf: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood:

(1) That-Carrier violated the current*ClerksP-Agreement December 18, 1953, when it gave Storormen i',z107, W. L. Levingston, Dallas, Texaa, a letter dated December 18, 1953, abolishing his position, effective with the completion of that day?s work.

(2) That W. L. Levingston be paid a days pay, eight hours, at Stowman rate for December 21, 1953.

FINDINGS: In this case the Carrier was in violation of Rule 15-2.

AHARD: Claim sustained.
