STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhoods

(1) That Carrier violated the current Clerks' Agreement in the office of Chief Dispatcher, Tyler, Texas, when it withheld Miss Margaret V. Reeves from her regular assignment and required her to perform work of other assignments outside of her regular assigned hours on January 31, February l and 2, 1953.

(2) That Miss Margaret V. Reeves be paid the difference between the straight time she was paid for work performed on the above mentioned dates and time and one-half which she was entitled, viz:

FINDINGS: Claimant in this case was properly advanced to fill a temporary
vacancy under application of Rule 11-1(c) of the current agreement.
She took all the conditions of the temporary vacancy when she was advanced to
that position, and there is no basis upon which her claim as here made could be
sustained.

        AWARD: 'Claim denied.
