(1) That Carrier violated the Clerks? current Agreement June 30, July 1, 2
and 3, 1952, when it required Mr. IV. D. Bryant to suspend work on his regular
assiSnment of Clerk Miscellaneous Accounts - Fuel, Disbursements Department,
Tyler, Texas, and perform the duties of Clerk Tascellaneous Accounts-Bills and
Vouchers, during the absence of Mr. J. 11. Ellis, while on vacation.
(2) That Mr.
W.
D. Bryant be compensated for the four days at his regular
rate of pay, in addition to that already paid him for service performed on those
days.
FINDINGS: The facts and rules do not support the claim made here.
AIIARD: Claim denied.
